Catalina is excited about his new offers

In the past couple weeks quarterback Cody Catalina out of Greensburg (Pa.) Central Catholic picked up three offers from Rutgers, Syracuse and Vanderbilt. The 6-foot-4, 205-pounder is excited to get all three of the offers and thinks more could be coming.
"I got the Syracuse offer first and I visited there back in the winter," he said. "I really like their coaches and the team seems to be good. They also have a nice program and great facilities. Out of the three offers, I'd say they are closer to the top because I know more about them.

"I've never checked out the facilities at Vanderbilt, but I've been to Nashville before and it's a real nice area. I'm very happy about the offer and I hope to go down and see what the school and program is like. Finally, Rutgers facilities and coaches are great and really nice. They have probably one of the biggest weight rooms I've seen."
Does Catalina have any favorites?
"I don't think I'm leaning anywhere at this time," he said. "I still think a lot of other schools could offer including Connecticut, Temple and Ohio State. I want to see what else happens.
"The first thing I'm looking for is to see if I like the coaches and can be with them for the next four or five years," he said. "I'll also look at the school and academics. Academics for me are one of my top priorities because I want a good education and I'd like to fit into the program."
No matter where Catalina goes, teams better hurry to get in on him as he is planning to make an early decision.
"I want to try and see where I'm going before my season starts in August," he said. "I really would like to get it done by then."
The Keystone State prospect earned all-conference honors after accounting for over 1,800 yards of offense last season.
