Carson names four schools at the top
Defensive back James Carson from Erie (Pa.) Cathedral Prep moved into the starting lineup at the beginning of his junior season and by the end of the campaign was an all-metro selection and a division I college prospect.
Carson made 58 tackles and intercepted a pass from his safety spot. He runs pretty well and packs punch with a 315 pound bench press.

"I'm interested in Penn State, Pitt, Michigan, Boston College, Syracuse, and Notre Dame," Carson said. "I don't have any offers yet. But I get mail from those schools."
"I visited Pitt. I went down there last weekend. I liked it."
"I like Miami too. Miami, Penn State, Pitt, or Michigan would be schools I like best."
Carson said he will attend the NIKE Training Camp at Penn State.
