Position: Linebacker
Size and speed: Carson is 6-foot-2 and 225 pounds. He has been timed in the 40-yard dash at 4.7 seconds.
Statistics: Carson made 120 tackles and intercepted four passes during his junior season.
Favorite Schools: Illinois, Michigan, and Iowa are among the schools Carson is interested in.
Skinny: Carson is one of the top ten overall prospects in the state of Illinois. He has been a varsity starter at middle linebacker since his sophomore year.
"I'm interested in Illinois, Michigan, Iowa, Purdue, Indiana, Notre Dame, Penn State, and Oregon," Carson said. "Illinois offered, I think it was back in December."
"I've been to Illinois, Michigan, and Iowa for junior days. All of them were nice."
"I don't have a favorite really. I'll probably wait to decide."
