Carrollton LB has two offers on table

When it comes to tough names Akin Akinniyi has one as tough as anyone's. The linebacker out of Carrollton (Texas) Creekview hasn’t had a hard time with college coaches figuring out his name.

"I hear from USC, Purdue, UTEP, Arizona, Arizona State, Toledo, SMU, and quite a few others." Akinniyi said. "I have two offers so far one from Purdue and the other from Toledo."
The 6-foot-1 205 pound tackling machine says heading out of state is a strong possibility.
"To me, staying in state doesn't really matter at all," he said. "I mean I just want to go wherever I am given the best offer and the best opportunity."
Akinniyi has thought out the recruiting process and has a notepad that he takes notes of talking to coaches, which he managed to find and share a few notes from.
"I liked coach Hope from Purdue he was actually a really cool guy," he said. "He is the type of guy that I could play for."
Akinniyi said his grades are all in order and plans to major in sports medicine in college.
