Carraway holds two offers

Laureldale (Pa.) Muhlenberg wide receiver Vaughn Carraway is up to two scholarships. The 6-foot-3, 175-pounder holds one from the Big East and the other from the Big Ten. Are there any leaders for Carraway at this time?
"I've got offers from Michigan and Connecticut," he said. "I also think Penn State may be coming. They are just waiting for my transcript and grades.

"I got the first two offers about a month ago and a lot of people ask me about the Michigan one. My coach is a big fan of them and I am sort of too. I like the offense and the fact that Chad Henne from around here. I grew up watching him play against my brother."
Carraway has been in contact with a few coaches, most notably Lloyd Carr.
"I actually called him and that was an experience," he said. "He wants me to come up and see the campus and be there for the spring game. I do plan on visiting them on March 31st along with a visit to Penn State sometime. I'm just hoping I like what I see."
Besides the visits, the Keystone State wideout plans to take in the Nike Combine in New Jersey.
Last season Carraway earned honorable mention all-state, first team all-county and all-conference after registering 29 receptions for 545 yards and nine touchdowns. He added 39 tackles and four interceptions on defense.
