Carr running to Tucson

Beau Carr has decided on a school.
"I committed to Arizona today," the 5-foot-9, 202-pound running back from Spring, Texas Westfield High School said.

"When I visited there, I just felt real comfortable. There were a lot of players from around here (in Houston), and i just kind of hung out with them and got to know them."
Carr helped his team to a state quarterfinal appearance this season by rushing for more than 1,800 yards and 14 touchdowns.
Tulsa, Arkansas and Houston were also under consideration.
The Wildcats are also recruiting Carr's teammate, offensive lineman Tony Ugoh. Ugoh is thought to be deciding among Arkansas, Oklahoma and Florida State as well as Arizona.
Westfield coach Ron Lynch likes Carr's versatility.
"Beau can do a lot of things for a team. He can catch the ball, he can spread you out with his speed," Lynch said.
