Russell Carr of Chino (Calif.) Don Lugo is one of the top receivers in California and with his strong, physical frame it's easy to see why teams are starting to give him more and more attention.

Carr looked good at both the Los Angeles NIKE Training Camp and then also at the Rivals.com Junior Day. He is 6-foot-2 and 189 pounds. He hopes after those two strong showings that he's going to do it again this weekend at the Palo Alto NIKE Training Camp.
"I'm pumped to show people again what I have," Carr, who had 23 receptions for 450 yards and two scores as a junior, said. "I'll have something for them to see. I know there will be 200, 300 college coaches there. This will be my chance to show them all that I'm one of the best in the state."
Carr has already gotten calls from BYU and schools like USC, Cal and Fresno State have already been by the school. He's also receiving mail on a consistent basis from Arizona State and Ohio State.
"All of the coaches I've seen at school or talked to on the phone have been really down to earth and pretty cool," he said. "I think a lot of coaches will want me to get to a few camps, and that's cool with me. It'll allow me to show my stuff."
