Michigan, South Carolina and Clemson all have been linked to the 6-foot-2, 200-pounder, but he says he's wide open with regards to his college choice.
"They all right now are on the same level," he said. "I'm still open right now, I don't know where I want to go.
"During the spring, I'm going to try to go on some visits."
Hemingway, who will compete at the South Carolina Class 4A strength meet this Saturday in Columbia, played wide receiver for the first time during his junior season.
"I'm good on deep balls and I usually run the short routes strong," he said. "I use my speed."
Hemingway has been timed as fast as 4.41 seconds in the 40-yard dash.
Some of the top regional recruiters in the country have the talented playmaker as a target.
For the Wolverines, Erik Campbell is recruiting. Steve Spurrier Jr. is leading the charge for the Gamecocks while Rivals.com ACC Recruiter of the Year Dabo Swinney is the recruiter of record for Clemson.
Hemingway, who also competes in the 200-meter dash with the Conway track team, caught 52 passes for 842 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2005.
