Carolina RB has a favorite

Winston-Salem (N.C.) Parkland running back Chris Hairston holds a handful of offers. The 6-foot-0, 200-pounder claims one of the offers is standing out at this time and is likely to get a visit sometime soon.
"I'll be visiting East Carolina soon, but I'm not sure when," he stated. "I'm liking East Carolina a lot.
"They are saying I'm the only running back they want and they are basing everything they do on me. I like the offense cause the running back is the main position and they base the offense around him."
East Carolina is standing out, but Winston-Salem State and Wisconsin have put offers on the table as well.
What does Hairston think of the Badgers?
"They are still in the picture and I'm ready to go visit there when my officials come."
Despite a leader at this time, Hairston doesn't plan to decide soon.
"I don't want to decide soon," he said. "I want a chance to pull in more offers this season, but I'm not going to wait too long where I could lose scholarships.
"I think a few other schools are interested including North Carolina. They just want to see more of me."
