Carolina Gets Commit From FSU Win

The first commitment from North Carolina’s awesome upset over Florida State has occurred.
“I’m going to North Carolina,” said Anson County, N.C. cornerback Cedric Holt. “The game was great and they offered me there. I didn’t waste any time in saying yes.”

Holt is a 6-foot, 180-pound d-back with 4.5 second speed in the 40-yard dash. He impressed the North Carolina coaching staff at camp this summer and has good size for a cornerback.
Holt chose North Carolina over NC State, Clemson and East Carolina. His only other offer was from East Carolina. Holt has played in one game this season due to a groin injury.
