Carolina ATH claims an offer

North Carolina athlete Reggie Wilkins out of Shelby (N.C.) Crest already holds his first offer. The 5-foot-10, 160-pounder claims the scholarship from the ACC and has plenty of other interest.
"NC State offered about a month or two ago," he said. "I like NC State. I like Coach O'Brien and I really like their staff and facilities."

Already, Wilkins has visited Clemson and NC State.
"I liked both visits I went on," he said. "Clemson was good and so was State, I don't favor anyone right now. I'm just looking around."
The Carolina prospect is gaining interest from other schools including North Carolina, South Carolina, Duke, Clemson, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Virginia, LSU and Michigan State.
With so much interest coming in, what does Wilkins want?
"I guess I'm looking for a good coaching staff and good facilities," he said. "I want a school that is good for once after I graduate. I'm looking at criminal justice or something in math."
Wilkins is a versatile prospect that could play a number of positions at the next level.
"I think I'm a wide receiver and Percy Harvin type of player," he said. "My running is my best attribute.
"I ran for 900-yards and threw for 900-yards and had 18 total touchdowns this past season."
Wilkins earned all-conference as a junior.
