Carimi has goal in mind

"It was great," Carimi said. "Andy Kemp was my host. We did a lot of things together."

Carimi was already very familiar with the Wisconsin football program. But he learned what to expect next fall.
"I learned more about registration," he said. "I found out what we are supposed to do when we get there."
When asked if he learned anything new about the football program, Carimi said, "Besides the change in the coaching staff, everything was about the same as it has been."
Carimi has a goal in mind in terms of getting on the field for the Badgers.
"I'd like to play by my redshirt sophomore year," he said. "Coach Huber told me I'd probably redshirt my freshman year."
The 6-foot-7 and 268 pound Carimi is the No. 32 offensive tackle prospect in the Rivals.com player rankings and the No. 3 prospect in the state of Wisconsin.
