Star City, Ark., may not be the largest of towns, but it is definitely has one of the top 2016 prospects in the state in defensive tackle Austin Capps.

Tucked away in Southeastern Arkansas, Star City is just about 30 miles southeast of Pine Bluff, and has a population of just under 2,500 people. At 6-foot-4 and 300-pounds, it did not take long for Capps to stand out or college coaches to begin showing interest.
LSU showed interest and he turned even more heads when he attended the Tigers' summer camp. Ole Miss has also shown attention. Then there is Arkansas, which became the first to extend a scholarship offer in June following a standout camp performance.
Capps continued leaving impressions as he was named one of the top defensive linemen at the Rivals250 Underclassmen Challenge in July. Last week in San Antonio, he also left a mark at the Army Combine.
It is still early in the recruiting process and Capps does not have many plans, but he did mention one potential visit he believes he will make in the not too distant future.
"I'll probably go to Ole Miss this summer," Capps said. "I'm not really sure about anyone else."
It is still early in the recruiting process and right now he is not naming any favorites or early leaders.
