Capers is taking it slow
Cornerback Donte Capers out of Norfolk (Va.) Booker T. Washington holds one offer from the Big East. The 5-foot-8, 171-pounder is focused primarily on his season at this time though.
"I haven't really talked to many coaches," he said. "Coaches tell me they've been to games, but I haven't seen many too much."

Capers continues to hold one offer from Louisville.
"I still have that offer, but I haven't talked to them in awhile. I've got to call them soon."
On the field, Capers has played well on both sides of the ball.
"We had our first loss on Friday and we're 3-1," he said. "I've been doing well. I was a top three rusher in the area, but I think I dropped after the last game after I had eight carries for 85-yards. I'm doing well on defense too, I have a bunch of tackles and some forced fumbles.
"I'm reading my keys better and the game is slowing doing for me. I'm also much faster, making plays as much as I can."
