Caparelli is focused on the season

Burke (Va.) Robinson running back Lucas Caparelli has helped his team to a 5-0 record this season. The 5-foot-11, 190-pounder and his teammates are coming off a bye week as they head into a tough contest with another Northern Virginia power, Centreville.
"That's a big game coming up and they are a very good team. We just have to keep rolling and keep our heads straight and we'll be alright," he said. "I approach every game one at a time and they're going to be good, it should be fun.

"This season I've done pretty well on the offensive side of the ball rushing for 620 yards and 10 touchdowns. I've added 200 receiving yards and four touchdowns and took a punt return for a touchdown. On defense, I have one interception and two sacks. I'm not doing too badly this season. I don't care about myself though as long as I help the team win."
The three-star prospect is still wide open in his recruitment.
"I'm going to pursue my recruiting after the season, I'm focused on helping out the team," he said. "I have no idea who I'm looking at, but I still have the seven offers."
Caparelli has received plenty of calls from schools including Virginia, Virginia Tech, Michigan State, Wake Forest and Pittsburgh.
