Size and speed: Palmer is 5-foot-10 and 170 pounds. He has been timed in the 40-yard dash at 4.35 seconds. He has a 2.9 grade-point average.
Statistics: Palmer made 43 tackles and intercepted nine passes last season playing for the Scarborough Thunder, a Canadian club team.
Favorite Schools: Palmer names Ohio State, Michigan, Illinois, and Ole Miss as schools he is interested in.
Skinny: Palmer plays for the same club team as current Buckeye defensive back Michael Roberts played for.
"I like Ohio State, Illinois, Ole Miss, and Michigan," Palmer said.
