Campbell makes his decision

During the final month of the recruiting process, Groveland (Fla.) South Lake defensive end Lawrence Campbell took official visits to Tennessee State, Middle Tennessee, and Western Kentucky.
It was during that third and final trip, to Western Kentucky, that Campbell realized where he would spend the next four or five years of his life studying and playing football.

The 6-foot-4, 210-pound defensive end who just returned to the football field as a senior, but did enough to earn multiple offers. As for why he chose to be a Hilltopper, according to him there are numerous reasons.
"Some of the reasons I committed are that it feels like home, I have a great relationship with the coaches, especially with Coach (Walt) Wells, and the campus is amazing," Campbell said. "Also, the football facilities are everything I need and more."
Campbell also said that he sees an opportunity to contribute early in his career at Western Kentucky.
