Campbell close to setting visits
Austin (Texas) Westlake running back Tyler Campbell still only has two scholarship offers, but he is getting close to lining up official visits.
“Baylor and San Diego State are still the only offers I have,” the 6-foot-1, 182-pound Campbell said. “I’m looking at getting my visits in December. I don’t have them set up yet.”

Campbell is looking at visiting Missouri, San Diego State, Arizona, Baylor and Utah.
“We are still playing,” Campbell said. “We won our first playoff game on Saturday. We play again this week.”
Campbell left the game early in the first quarter with an ankle injury.
“I wanted to go back in, but they held me out for precaution reasons,” he said. “I think I could have played. But, the coaches wanted me to be able to play this next game.”
On the season, Campbell has rushed for 1,367 yards and has scored 15 touchdowns.
