“Justin Fields. He played smart and with a great attitude. He knew when to get rid of the ball and he was throwing great passes all day.” – Rivals250 WR Derion Kendick, Rock Hill (S.C.) South Pointe

BEST RUNNING BACK

Devyn Ford
Devyn Ford

"Of all the ones I went against, I thought Devyn Ford was the best. Ford was the most fluid back. His routes were smooth and he had good speed." - Three-star LB Jake Venables, Central (S.C.) D.W. Daniel

“In the first 1-on-1’s in the tag up drill, Devyn Ford looked the best, but I didn't see him in the pass coverage... from what I saw on the route running and pass coverage Ricky Person was almost scoring every time.” – 2019 LB Drake Thomas, Wake Forest (N.C.) Heritage

“I think it was Devyn Ford and Chris Tyree looked good as well. They had good route running mainly. They were cutting on a dime” – Rivals100 LB Teradja Mitchell, Virginia Beach (Va.) Bishop Sullivan

"I thought Patric Edwards was the best running back. I didn't realize how fast he was until he went by me. I had to work to keep up." - 2019 LB Brandon Smith

BEST WIDE RECEIVER

Kyle Wright. He ran great routes today. He knows how to get open, he has good speed and he was easy to throw to.” – Rivals100 QB Justin Fields, Kennesaw (Ga.) Harrison

Derion Kendrick. He is fast, he has great feet and he is a great all-around wide receiver. He was a great match all day.” – Four-star DB Trey Dean, Hampton (Ga.) Dutchtown

BEST DEFENSIVE LINEMAN

Rick Sandidge

Akeem Smith. He had a lot of enthusiasm and you can tell he likes the sport and he was more passionate and he had energy and a purpose to everything he did.” – Three-star OL Jovaughn Gwyn, Charlotte (N.C.) Harding

BEST LINEBACKER
