Camara sees recruitment pick up

Three-star linebacker Ousmane Camara is seeing interest pick up. The 6-foot-3, 253-pounder noted plans to head to one school soon. What's the latest?
"I've been talking to a few new schools, Bowling Green, Penn State has shown more interest, Maryland, Boston College and Notre Dame," he said. "They are all kind of looking at me for defensive tackle. Penn State said they are going to review my game film and then call me back."

Speaking of Penn State, the Nittany Lions are going to get a visit from Camara.
"I'm going up to Penn State's next home game," he said. "This will be my second time going and I just want to get a better feel for it."
Camara still holds four offers from Buffalo, James Madison, Purdue and Stony Brook.
At this time, Purdue holds an advantage for the prospect.
"I'd say Purdue is the school I like," he said. "I talk to the coaches from there a lot and they play in the Big Ten. They also want me to play linebacker to start."
It is not surprising Camara is seeing interest rise as he posted 120 tackles, five forced fumbles, two pass deflections and one sack on the season.
"It was a good year," he said. "I was playing much faster this season. A lot of teams were keying on me, I feel like I could have made even more plays."
