Calling Baton Rouge
Waco, Texas, four-star cornerback Marcus Walker took his fifth and final official visit to LSU this weekend. But there was one slight hitch in his plans, and he’s still in Baton Rouge, trying to get back home.
“I missed my flight in Baton Rouge,” Walker said. “I’m stuck here in the airport. My cell phone doesn’t work too well, and I’m just sitting here. I won’t get home now until 10 p.m.”
Walker was leaning toward Oklahoma over Florida State and LSU heading into the final official visit. If things still go as to plan, Walker is expected to announce his decision this upcoming Tuesday on Bobby Burton’s Inside Southwest Recruiting on Fox Sports Southwest.
