California TE adds another offer

Monrovia, Calif., tight end Eric Brooks already had two solid scholarship offers on the table, but now the 6-foot-1, 242-pounder has added another to his list as he heads into the summer months.
"I got a new offer from San Diego State coach Chuck Long," Brooks, who was named his team's most valuable player as a junior, said. "He came by the school in May and got a chance to look at me and my teammates. He said when he called that he was really impressed with me and thinks I could be a good fit in their offense.

"I'm excited about the San Diego State offer. It's a good one."
Brooks also has offers form Arizona State and Colorado State. He is also talking with Arizona, Cal, Oregon, Oregon State, UCLA and Washington. He said he's not sure what his summer camp plans are. He is only scheduled to attend the B2G summer camp later this month.
"I've been working out with my team," he said. "My team is my top focus at this point."
