California TE adding offers, visit dates

It seems like new offers keep getting added to Upland (Calif.) tight end John Reese's collecting and the next best thing for him to do would be to set up some visits to try to narrow things down.
Two schools are set to host the 6-foot-4, 220-pound tight end, but the three-star prospect looks to take many more than that. On Nov. 12, Utah will get their trip from Reese and Fresno State will take place on Dec. 3.

"Fresno State has verbally offered me, so I want to get out there and see them live," Reese said. "I've never been to Utah before and the coaches over there have just been telling me how nice the city is. I haven't seen either team that much on T.V., so this will be fun for me."
Reese is clear about his decision timeframe being at the end of the season. However, he does have a couple of early favorites.
"Boise State, Washington, and Oregon State are all pretty high for me," Reese said. "I haven't talked to Washington about an offer, but they always tell me how interested they are in me. Then I've got new offers to look over though. Colorado State offered me a little while ago so there is a lot to think about."
The No. 40 rated tight end in the country is also a part of an Upland team that is off to a 3-1 start and Reese credits the passing game.
"That's our strong point," he said. "I'm catching a lot of balls. I'm leading the team with 12 receptions but probably more since the last game. I've got around three touchdowns as well."
