California RB decides without other visits

“I committed to Colorado State on December 24th,” said Donnie McCleskey, the 5-10, 185 running back from Bishop Amat High School in La Puente, California. “I cancelled the rest of my visits.”
“They have great coaches and a good class coming in. They really care about me there.”

Donnie was a two-way star at Bishop Amat rushing for 2557 yards and 33 touchdowns in 11 games during the 2001 campaign. His 4.5, 40 speed contributed to Donnie’s success on defense as well where he had about 60 tackles, two sacks and returned an interception for a touchdown.
“I plan on reporting in early July or mid July. For now I am going to run track and work on getting bigger. I plan to major in Business Finance."
