California QB still lists two Big 12 schools

San Leandro, Calif. quarterback Dennis Dixon is still receiving plenty of attention along the recruiting trail.
The 6-foot-4, 180-pound signal caller is currently the No. 3 rated dual-threat quarterback in the nation by Rivals100.com.

Dixon, also a baseball star, has a long list of schools pursuing him and the phone won’t stop ringing since the September calling period opened up.
"I'm getting lots of calls from coaches at UCLA, Colorado, Kansas State, Arizona State, Oregon and Oregon State. They've all talked to me,” Dixon said. “A lot of schools are trying to get me to set up visits. My plan is still to set my visits during the season. I have not decided where they'll be to."
Dixon, as a starter, carries a 25-2 record, including two victories already this season.
“I take pride in our record. It shows we have a good team and I’ve been fortunate to be in charge of the offense. Hopefully we can continue to add to the number of wins.”
