California LB enjoys Big 12 visit

Claremont, Calif. linebacker Isaiah Cook took his second official visit of the season over the weekend.
“My visit to Kansas State was very good,” the 6-foot-3, 195-pound Cook said. “The people and the coaches really stood out to me. It was a nice town, but it was a little different than what I’m used to.”
Cook, who visited Colorado State last weekend, has not reached a decision.
“I have not reached a decision,” he said. “I really liked Kansas State. That trip really helped me toward my decision. I’m leaning toward Kansas State, now. I’m looking at an early January decision.”
Cook has a Jan. 9 visit to Oregon State stil on the calendar.
“That is my last visit. At least as of now, that is my last visit. I think I’ll be ready for a decision after that visit.”
