California LB big reason for 7-0 mark
Mission Viejo is having a great season. They're 7-0 and have given no signs of slowing down. Inside linebacker Ryan Powdrell thinks he knows one of the reasons behind Viejo's championship run.
"Defense," Powdrell said. "Our defense hasn't allowed much at all. Our offense is doing well, too."

Powdrell, who is 6-foot-1, 235 pounds, is getting looks from several schools, including Washington, Fresno State, Arizona State and UNLV.
Washington has already offered and he's a scheduled a visit to Fresno for Jan. 25.
But thee are other things more pressing in Powdrell's life, like this football season.
"We want to win the championship this year. That's what it's all about."
