Sacramento (CA) Grant cornerback Richard Harper is starting to make a strong move in recruiting circles.

"I don’t have any offers yet," he said. "But, they are getting close I am pretty sure."
Who do you feel is ready to see the light?
"I am getting a lot of mail right now," the 5-foot-11 and 195 pound Harper said. "I am getting it mostly from Purdue, Utah State and most of the Pac 10."
Who are some that you are hoping for?
"Washington, UNLV, Oregon and Purdue," he said. Those are my top schools and the one I would like to officially visit."
What type of back do you see yourself as?
"I can do pretty much anything," he said. "I can catch, run hard, check, and I can definitely cover any wide receiver."
