California 3-Star SS Commits

"I verballed last Tuesday night to Coach Price of Washington State," Reggie Grigsby Jr. said. "I liked the family atmosphere there. They are a tight-knit group there and it is a small town." He was not looking for the big town college.
The 6-foot-0, 183 pound strong safety from El Camino High School in Oceanside, California committed during an in-home visit on November 27th. He had made an official visit to Washington State on October 5th and he made an official visit to Arizona State for their game against Oregon State on October 20th.

He is solid and will not be making any other visits.
He ended the regular season with 34 solo tackles, 22 assisted tackles with 11 being for losses, six passes broken up, four interceptions, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery. He was not sure of his statistics during the playoffs, which his team lost in the quarter-finals.
"I got defensive player of the year for the Avocado League and second team all-region." His team ended at 7-4.
