Wide receiver/safety Joe Cowan (6-4, 195, 4.43) from Bellflower (Calif.) St. John Bosco had an exceptional senior season. He proved he has the ability to play on the D-I level on either side of the ball.
Some schools like him as a receiver while others feel he would make an outstanding free safety.
