Cali QB ready for more visits

Corona (Calif.) Centennial quarterback Matt Scott spent some time in Arizona a few weeks back checking out the Arizona schools and will take a few more road trips as soon as school ends next week.
Scott, 6-2, 185 pounds is one of the regions top signal callers and has looked very good when we've seen him in the fall. He performed very well at the EA SPORTS Elite 11 workout at Cal as well as the NIKE Camp at Stanford the following day.

On the recruiting front, offers have come in for Scott from Cal, Minnesota, Arizona, Idaho State, San Diego State and just recently, Boise State.
"Boise State was the most recent and we're excited about that one," Scott's father Robert said. "We're going to take an unofficial visit to Boise State and Minnesota as soon as school is out to check out both campuses because we've never been to either before.
"We'll visit Minnesota June 16 and Boise State June 18. We just checked out Arizona and Arizona State a few weeks ago and Matt really likes both schools a lot right now.
"Arizona was on June 3 and that was just an unofficial visit to see the campus. The next day, Matt threw at ASU. They haven't offered yet, I think they're waiting on Sean Renfree but I think Matt is high on their list and those two schools are right at the top for Matt right now.
"We'll take these visits to Minnesota and Boise State and the plan is for Matt to make a commitment sometime in the summer. He wants to do it before school starts so he doesn't have to worry about recruiting during his senior season."
