Cali OL lands first two offers

Colton (Calif.) has already seen two of their players make college commitments and has one more player drawing early scholarship offers as well. The player is Daniel Bernard, who was one of the top lineman we saw at the SoCal NIKE Camp.
Colton is becoming one of the top programs in the state for getting kids out to the high level Div I programs. A couple of years ago, the school had the top linebacker (Allen Bradford) and cornerback (Shareece Wright) in the state and looks loaded again this year.

Already Damien Holmes (UCLA) and Danny Sorensen (BYU) have made commitments and Bernard is holding two offers at this point.
"Nevada and Colorado State have both offered," Colton coach B.J. Bray said. "He's also hearing from the entire Pac 10 minus USC and UCLA and will camp with USC this Sunday for their lineman camp.
"Both of the Arizona and Oregon schools have shown a lot of interest and sound like they could be close to doing something. Hopefully we'll hear something from them next week.
"Right now, Daniel and I are planning to meet tonight to come up with a top five. He has really worked hard and is hoping to impress this weekend because I know he wants to stay local if he can."
