Cali LB has two offers on the table

Newhall (Calif.) Hart is known for producing All-CIF quarterbacks and prolific passing offenses every season. What doesn't get enough credit is how strong the Indians defense is every year and this year, all eyes will be on talented linebacker Patrick Larimore.
Larimore, 6-2, 230 pounds is a very talented inside backer who set a school record a year ago with 138 tackles. He earned all-league and all-CIF honors and after just watching a few plays on his highlight tape, it's easy to see why he'll be one of the state's top defensive players next year.

Larimore has excellent size and plays with a non-stop motor. He has good speed and runs right through opposing ball carriers. The 'backer doesn't just tackle you, he blows guys up and projects very well to the next level.
On the recruiting front, Larimore has a pair of offers on the table and is hearing from a host of other schools as well.
"Duke and San Diego State have both offered scholarships," Larimore said. "I'm also hearing from Cal, Stanford, UCLA, Oregon, Oregon State, Colorado, Washington, Arizona and about 30 others.
"I don't have a leader right now but my top five in no order would be Cal, Duke, UCLA, USC and Washington. I'm going to the NIKE Camp at USC this weekend but I'm not sure about the rest of my summer camp plans.
"As for making a decision, I'm looking for a school that has a good combination of athletics and academics. I want to major in Business and that will play a role as well. "
Academically, Larimore is carrying a 3.6 GPA and scored a 1760 on the SAT.
