Cali FB sets SEC official visit

If you ask Toby Gerhart of Norco (Calif.) High School, he's a big running back rather than a fullback. Either way, the 6-foot-1, 228-pound three-star prospect is a top prospect and has the offers to prove it.
Arizona, Duke, Kansas, Ole Miss, Stanford, UCLA, Utah, and others have sent offers his way but this powerful back is not ready to narrow down his list. He is ready to get on the road and start his official visits with his first one set for way out of the state.

"I've set up a trip to Ole Miss," Gerhart said. "It's going to be Nov. 11. They had just been calling me and pushing for me to get on the trip. I talked to them pretty much every week since they've been able to call. They were the first ones to bring it up, so I set the trip."
However, that will certainly not be his last trip. Gerhart intends on tripping to UCLA, Duke, and Stanford. Those teams will get trips not by accident.
"Oh, I'll visit there because I'm very interested in those schools," Gerhart said. "I just have to get back to those schools about setting up those trips. Those three along with Ole Miss, Kansas, and Utah are my top six."
Gerhart plans on making a decision after his visits are done.
"Once I see all the schools, I'll have a better idea of where I want to go," Gerhart said. "That's the plan."
