Cali DB lands in-state offer

Colton (Calif.) is good for at least one or two high level Div I prospects every year. This year's top prospect is hard hitting defensive back Nat Berhe.
Berhe, 6-0, 170 pounds had a very solid junior season earning all-league and all-county honors after totaling 44 tackles, five interceptions and three quarterback sacks. He saw action at receiver as well but projects best in the secondary.

On the recruiting front, Berhe has yet to see his stock take off but did land his first offer recently.
"San Diego State has offered me and I'm excited about that one," Berhe said. "I'm also hearing from Colorado and a few others but that's really it right now.
"My top schools would be Oregon, ASU, UCLA, USC and of course San Diego State. I want to major in Sociology and academics will play a part in my college decision as well as location."
Berhe is carrying a 2.9 GPA and will take the SAT in May. He'll be at the SoCal NIKE Camp next weekend.
