Cali corner still waiting on visits

La Mesa (Calif.) Helix defensive back Jamar Taylor is one of the elite corners in the state this year. He's still waiting to set up his first official visit but has a handful of schools he's looking at.
Taylor, 5-9, 150 pounds plays for one of the top teams in San Diego. Helix is 6-1-1 and Taylor has 30 tackles and one interception despite teams mostly throwing away from him all season.

On the recruiting front, Taylor is still hearing from the schools who offered him early in the process along with a few others.
"I still have the offers from Utah, Boise State and Colorado State plus Idaho," Taylor said. "I'm also hearing from Colorado, Washington State and USC.
"USC has been asking for senior film and I actually just sent that out to them yesterday. I like USC a lot along with Washington State and Boise State, I would like to take official visits to each of them.
"Right now, I'm mostly focused on my senior season but once the season is over, I'll look in to taking my trips. I would like to take all five before I make my decision."
