Cali ATH is WAC bound

Elk Grove (Calif.) athlete Kevin Frank is one of the state's top two way performers this season. He plays quarterback as well as defensive back and recently made his college choice to one of the nation's premier programs.
Frank, 5-10, 170 pounds and his Thundering Herd squad are currently 10-0 on the season and the two way standout is a big reason why. He has rushed for 269 yards and six touchdowns, thrown for 512 yards and two scores and added 22 tackles from his corner position.

"I committed to Boise State," Frank said. "It was my only visit but I knew it was the best place for me while I was there. I loved the game atmosphere and got along really well with the coaches and players while I was there.
"I already know a lot of players on the team because they recruit my area pretty heavily so that's a nice bonus. I was going to visit Nebraska and Fresno State but I didn't see any reason to put off my decision any longer.
"I knew Boise was the best place for me and I decided to end the process so I could just focus on the rest of our season and my senior year of school. I'll be playing corner for them when I get there in the fall."
Frank had a solid showing at the NIKE Combine in Oakland last fall when he clocked a 4.64-40 and jumped 29 inches in the vertical. He also showed well at the NorCal NIKE Camp working out with the corners and is a very solid pickup for the Broncos.
