Cal lands elite punter
Camarillo, Calif., kicker Bryan Anger is one of the top kickers in the nation and Cal was always one of the top schools on his list, but it looks like now he's more than leaning toward the Bears.
"Bryan has committed to Cal," kicking expert Chris Sailer said.

"Anger is the No. 1 punter in the country. He is the best overall talent in this class at the position."
Anger, who is 6-foot-4 and 189-pounds, also had scholarship offers from Clemson, Northwestern, Oregon, LSU, Washington and Boise State. He is ranked by Rivals.com as the No. 2 kicker in the nation.
"It's just well rounded with the school, the coaching staff and the team," Anger said.
