Cal commit thinking about visits

Jaleel Wadood wants to take some official visits but he's not sure where exactly and he's not sure when, either.
The Cal commit said he's looking at Oregon State, Utah, Vanderbilt, UCLA and Cal as possible trip destinations but when teammate Naijiel Hale interrupted and said they were planning a visit to Washington State as well, Wadood said he's also considering that school.

No dates have been set for any of Wadood's trips.
"Those are just some in mind," Wadood said. "I just want to get the whole experience of taking officials."
Getting out to some schools seems like a priority but the four-star defensive back from Bellflower (Calif.) St. John Bosco remains firm in his commitment to the Golden Bears.
Previously committed to Arizona State, Wadood flipped his commitment to Cal this summer and one big reason was because the Golden Bears were going to let him try out at safety.
That position is still important to him but Wadood said if Cal switched him to cornerback it wouldn't be a problem at all. His commitment is strong even if he takes some trips in his senior season.
"It's really strong right now," Wadood said. "I love the Golden Bears. It's just me and Cal right now.
"(Playing safety) is a big factor because that's what I want to play at the next level. If I was moved to corner or something like that I could play it so it's not a big deal."
Rivals.com rates Wadood as the No. 16 cornerback and the No. 218 prospect in the 2014 class.
