Cager breaks down Bama visit

Four-star wide receiver Lawrence Cager was one of the many official visitors at Alabama this weekend. The Towson (Md.) Calvert Hall stand out committed to Miami but is still entertaining the Crimson Tide.
"We had dinner with all the coaches, coach Saban and coach Kiffin were at my table," said the 6-foot-5, 200-pound Cager. "Robert Foster was my host. I was talking to him and he was telling me how it is great there. We were talking about the program too. That was on Friday.

"On Saturday we toured the facility and the whole campus," he said. "Amari Cooper actually remembered me from the summer. He was telling me how good I was and how well I would fit there. I know they need receivers and he told me how great of an addition I would be for the program."
The coaching staff at Alabama broke down what Cager would actually be doing in the Crimson Tide offense.
"In my meeting with coach Kiffin he was telling me how I would fit in the offense," Cager said. "He was showing me film from USC and from Alabama last year. He said they would move me all around like Amari and Mike Williams from USC.
"They really like me and how, for a big guy, I get in and out of my breaks," he said. "They see me having great success if I come to the University of Alabama."
Cager remains committed to Miami for the time being and is still going to take his official visit to south Florida next weekend.
