Texas A&M, a school with a solid reputation of producing great linebackers, had one of the best linebackers in Texas visit the campus this weekend, Marvin Byrdsong.
“I got to hang out with the players and see the campus and everything,” Byrdsong said. “It was pretty much like all the other visits, I give it an eight.”
Byrdsong has two visits left to take - Texas on Jan. 11 and Arkansas on Jan. 18. He plans to wait until these visits are over before making a decision, but seems to be narrowing down his list of schools.

“My favorites are Mississippi State, Arkansas and Texas,” Byrdsong said. “I guess I change my mind about every five or 10 minutes. I thought it was A&M and Oklahoma a few minutes ago.”
He now plans to relax and enjoy the holidays before focusing his attention back on recruiting once January rolls around.
