Buzz builds around Huntley

HALLANDALE BEACH, Fla. -- Tyler Huntley is content with the offers he has. If his recruitment explodes to include more schools from "power five" conferences, great. If not, he's not going to lose much sleep.
Temple, Louisville, Florida Atlantic, Appalachian State and Cincinnati have all made things official with offers, and the Hallandale (Fla.) High School quarterback plans to explore all of those options. For now, though, he keeps things cliché.

"All of them are great schools," he says when asked to name a couple of standouts.
That's not to say he's not keeping his eyes and ears open. Other schools that have not offered are very involved in his recruitment. Huntley rattles those off from memory.
"It's mainly North Carolina, West Virginia, Clemson and Baylor," he says. "They are all talking to me, but no offers yet from them. They're just looking at me for now."
According to Huntley, Louisville, FAU and Temple are recruiting him the hardest at this juncture. He intends to repay the programs' hard work by stopping by campus for camps this offseason.
His travel itinerary is nowhere near complete, but Louisville, FAU and Temple destinations have been penciled in. As for other stops, he's waiting to see what other offers arrive.
"I'm just going to play my cards and wait it out, I think," Huntley said. "I'm going to see what happens."
As a junior, Huntley helped lead Hallandale to a 10-2 record by throwing for 2,550 yards.
