Four-star running back David Williams of Philadelphia (Pa.) West Catholic had a memorable weekend. Already holding upwards of 15 offers, Williams made his way to Penn State on Saturday, Rutgers today, and also picked up an offer from his state university.
"The Penn State junior day went well," said Williams. "I really enjoyed myself and what stood out to me was the campus."
Williams mentioned that the new coaching staff at Penn State was happy that he made the journey to Happy Valley.

"They seemed very pumped about me," said Williams, who is 6-foot-0 and 190-pounds.
While he did not pick up an offer from Penn State during the junior day yesterday, he got word today that the offer had finally come through.
"I think it's great for me to have the opportunity to have the chance to play for my state college," said Williams.
The four-star running back continued his hectic pace today by traveling to Rutgers to meet their new staff and attend the basketball game against Syracuse.
"The visit went well and I had fun at the game," said Williams. "The coaching staff seems pretty cool. I still need to get to know them more."
Williams does not have any other visits planned but hopes to make his way to Wisconsin, Ohio State, USC, Virginia and Arizona when the time allows.
