Busy weekend for Dunlop

Liberty Township (Ohio) Lakota East receiver Riley Dunlop had a great weekend. First he had a big game, helping his team win 21-0 against Fairfield and then he took what he called an "impressive" unofficial visit to a Big 10 program.
First things first – his game on Friday night.

"We lost our first two games, but now we're on a three-game winning streak," Dunlop, a 6-foot-1, 166-pound two-star receiver, said. "We won 21-0. They have good players, but we played a pretty complete game. We're starting to throw the football more. I had seven catches on Friday, the most for me all year long.
"I have three touchdowns and 530 all-purpose yards. I'm returning kicks and punts and they get me the ball some on running plays."
Ok, now to his weekend visit.
Dunlop took in an unofficial visit to Purdue this weekend and watched the Boilermakers beat Minnesota in one of the better Big 10 battles of the weekened.
"It was awesome," he said. "They have crazy fans. Man, they're nuts. They have a lot of energy there. I also like how they throw the ball every other play. I'm definitely down with that."
Dunlop hasn't been offered by Purdue, but he said the coaches continue to tell him he's high on their list.
"They have one receiver committed, and they want to take one more, so I'm definitely still in the mix," Dunlop said. "They're keeping in touch quite a bit and just waiting to see how my film looks like."
But there are several MAC teams that would take Dunlop in a heartbeat.
"I'm still high on Ohio," he said. "Western Michigan also wants me to commit, but I think I'm leaning toward OU now. I'm going to Ohio-Bowling Green game this weekend. They told me they're not in any major rush now, and that's great.
"They've told me I'm the only receiver they've offered so far, and they really want me. They said they'd wait if they have to, so they could get me."
Keven Lightner is recruiting him for Ohio.
