Busy visit schedule for Williams

Javon Williams has already taken one trip to Arizona State and the Chandler, Ariz., wide receiver has numerous unofficial visits planned this summer as he tries to figure out which program works best for him.
The Sun Devils will definitely be considered by Williams, who said he was immediately comfortable in Tempe because he knows a lot of players on the team.

That could help when decision time gets closer but the 6-foot-5, 175-pound four-star recruit wants to look at other places, too.
"I took one visit to ASU and I was supposed to go to U of A and I got sick and ended up not going," Williams said. "I'm supposed to go on unofficial visits to Oregon, Arizona, San Diego State and Arkansas. I'm going on all those trips this summer.
"I knew a lot of the players at ASU. I grew up with them running track or playing with them in high school. Knowing a lot of their players I felt really comfortable there."
Williams, who finished with 30 receptions for 664 yards and eight touchdowns in his junior season, already has offers from Arizona, Arizona State, Arkansas, Colorado, Fresno State, Nebraska, Oklahoma State, Oregon, Washington, Washington State and others.
The Arizona prospect said the visits this summer could greatly help him when he's ready to make his college choice.
"I don't have anybody that I'm waiting on in the recruiting process but I'm going to take it easy and wait," said Williams, who has said he would like to pick up an offer from Oregon.
"I might have a few schools that I like more than the others after my visits but I'm still not sure if that will make up my mind on where I want to go."
