Bussey schedules first official

Washington (D.C.) Dunbar athlete Nathan Bussey has scheduled his first official visit of the season. Where is the 6-foot-2, 202-pounder heading and why?

"Right now I have an official visit scheduled for this month on September 23rd to Illinois when they play Iowa," he said. "I'm hoping to see my friend Vontae Davis play. I really want to see some big things from him and talk to him a bit. Besides that, I just want to see the program do well since I may play there in the future."

With one visit already planned, Bussey claims that three others are likely.

"I'll probably take four visits at the most and right now they will be to Illinois, Michigan State, UCLA and then one more," he said. "I've been hearing some from Michigan State and UCLA and they are still recruiting me. I really want to go and see as many colleges as I can and they interest me."

At this time the Bruines and Spartans haven't offered the three-star prospect.
