Linebacker Victor Burnett (6-0, 225, 4.65) from Culver City, Calif., has received his third offer and his second one from the Pac 10 as his stock is on the rise. Burnett participated at the NIKE Camp this past weekend and was considered one of the best linebackers in the camp
Arizona State is the latest school to come to the table with an offer and Burnett couldn't be happier.

"I feel great about the Arizona State offer," Burnett said. "I have been anticipating one from them for awhile because they have been recruiting pretty hard.
"Eric Yarber was the coach that offered me and I am very grateful for the offer."
Besides ASU, Burnett has offers on the table from Arizona and San Diego State.
Burnett is getting recruiting attention from Cal, Oregon, Oregon State, UCLA, USC, and Washington State. He has taken practices this spring at both UCLA and USC.
The scouting report on Burnett is he's a hard worker who puts in the work on and off the field. He is currently working on improving his strength and speed with a private trainer. He's very intelligent who carries a 3.1 GPA, but he has the all important for a linebacker, a high football IQ.
One of the main reasons that Burnett is known as a tackling machine is he has a great nose for the football and a great burst.
A good all-around athlete, Burnett also plays on the basketball team and throws the shot on the track team. He's also an outstanding leader, never misses a practice and he's always on time.
Burnett earned first-team all-CIF, first-team all-area and first-team all-league as a junior after breaking his own school single season tackle record of 149 that he recorded as a sophomore when he racked up 182 tackles his junior season.
