Bunche returns from Rutgers official

Offensive tackle Malcolm Bunche is a soft commitment to Rutgers. The Newark, Dela. prospect made his official visit to Piscataway this past weekend. Is he looking to firm things up?
"I got there Friday at around noon," he said. "I took a trip around campus, saw some of the dorms, walked around the Hale Center and saw the stadium. It was a good experience.

"On Saturday, I went to New York City to the ESPNZone. We played some games and had some fun."
Bunche was hosted on the trip by fellow lineman Anthony Davis.
"My host was Anthony Davis," he stated. "It was fun hanging out with him. We talked about football and his accomplishments and what he likes about Rutgers. He's a fun guy. He's good to talk to and hang out with."
On Sunday before leaving, the three-star prospect met with the coaches a bit.
"I woke up and met with Coach Schiano," he said. "We talked about the weekend and future plans. It was cool.
"I was comfortable on the trip. Nothing was forced and I enjoyed talking to him."
What is next for Bunche?
"I'm thinking about going to Maryland on December 19th for an official," he said. "I will be in Miami in January for a visit. I don't know if I'll take any other visits. For now, those are the next two.
"I just want to see what the campuses are all about, the weight rooms and most important I want to get to know the offensive line coach. I want to talk to them since I'll be with them the next four years. That's most important."
