Buckram pushes visits to the post-season

When asked about the 6-0 start for Copperas Cove (Texas) High School, running back Donald Buckram says it's all about playing as a team and the 5-foot-9, 175-pound athlete is playing in that role to perfection.
The two-star sleeper running back is not exactly sure of his exact stats, but with the wins that Copperas has been putting up, he's not extremely concerned. With his two offers in hand from colleges, things are going extremely well for the senior athlete.

"It's all about unity with us as a team," Buckram said about the winning ways. "To be honest, I haven't really even looked at the stats yet. We're all so close to each other that we really put it all on the field as a team first."
Tulsa and UTEP are the schools that have offered, but Houston, Baylor, and others appear to be knocking on the door looking to get into the mix. With an offer, could a team like Baylor be an instant choice for Buckram?
"I'm not sure, I'd have to go on a trip first and check out the campus," Buckram said. "I'm going to wait until after the season before I take trips. I know I'm going there for one trip along with Houston and UTEP. Those three I know for sure."
Though Buckram has been leaning towards Baylor in the past, he remains very open to all programs.
"I just all those programs from watching them on T.V.," Buckram said. "I like how they play and they've definitely gotten me interested."
