Buckeyes stand out to Strong

Rivals250 to Watch list 2015 running back Natereace Strong has jumped out with six early scholarship offers. Of those schools, Ohio State dominates his thoughts more than any other.
"They are the team that I think about the most," Strong said. "I seen a lot of them this season and have been watching their games on TV. I like the effort of their guys when they play and then I like Urban Meyer. I like the way he coaches and they seem like a big family there."

The 5-foot-11, 195-pound Strong has yet to attend a college game this fall, but he planning to see the Buckeyes play in the near future.
"Me and my teammate (Terry Beckner Jr.) hopefully will get down to Ohio State," Strong said. "We'll probably get out to see them when they play Penn State (Oct. 26)."
The other schools that have offered Strong are Florida State, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan State and Missouri. New schools have started to come into the picture since Sept. 1.
"Purdue's coaches have messaged me on Facebook, telling me how good of an athlete I was," Strong said. "They want to get me out this fall to see some of their games. I have interest in them. It's not too far away from home, so that's a nice school."
Strong had to leave this past weekend's game early with an ankle injury, but he rushed for 401 yards and three touchdowns combined in his first two games of the season for East St. Louis (Ill.) High.
